“This is Urgent — How Quickly Can You Deliver?”
Caswells are proud to offer a service that is both cost-effective and convenient. We offer next day working delivery on most of our standard stock items, and delivery is free on website orders over £75 plus VAT (excluding some heavier or larger items that may incur additional charges).
“I Can’t Find What I Need On Your Website…”
No problem! Please get in touch with our sales team on 01642 379 600. We love a challenge, and wherever possible we will source the item for you and give you a quote so that we can special-order exactly what you need.
“Can I Open a Trade Account?”
Yes! You can register via our website for a trade account, which grants you access to features like your own record of historic orders and invoices, easy repeat ordering, the ability to create your own Favourite Products list, and our best rates on thousands of trade products.
“Will You Have My Item In Stock?”
We have over 60,000 SKU’s in our central warehouse, so most of our orders are immediately able to be fulfilled — but if an item is not currently in stock, we will always do our best to obtain it quickly for you.
“I’m Not Sure What I Need, Can You Help?”
Of course! Sometimes, our customers will have a problem that they need to solve but will be unsure of the product required to fix it. Others have trouble choosing from our extensive catalogue — we understand that it can be tricky to narrow your options down. Our friendly and knowledgeable sales team are available via phone to answer any questions you might have, or if you prefer you are welcome to pop into our on-site trade shop.
